Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

This policy explains your rights regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds when buying products or booking workshops through this website.

2. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Return the item within 14 days of notifying me

The item must be returned in its original condition.

3. Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost during return.

Once I receive the returned item and confirm its condition, I will process your refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after receiving the return

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and details.

In these cases, I will offer:

  • A replacement (where possible), or

  • A full refund

including any reasonable shipping costs.

 

6. Exceptions to Returns

Due to the nature of my work, some items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

All pieces are handmade, and small variations are part of their character. These are not considered faults.

7. Workshops and Course Bookings

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel a workshop booking:

  • Refunds may be offered depending on how much notice is given

  • In some cases, I may offer a transfer to another date instead of a refund

Cancellations by Me

If I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, low attendance, or travel issues), I will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A place on a rescheduled workshop

8. Digital Products

If I offer digital products (such as eBooks), refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
