These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products, book workshops, or use this website.

By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to these terms.

I offer:

  • Handmade wooden items (such as spoons, sheaths, and tools)
  • Workshops and teaching sessions

All items are handmade, and small variations in shape, colour, and finish are part of the nature and character of the work.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in [Swedish Krona].

  • Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Shipping and Delivery

I ship worldwide where possible.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are based in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return the item in its original condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Workshops and Bookings

When booking a workshop:

  • Your place is confirmed once payment is received
  • Workshop details (location, time, materials) will be provided in advance

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your booking, refunds may be offered depending on how much notice is given
  • I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low attendance, weather, or travel issues)

In such cases, I will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A place on a rescheduled workshop

8. Safety and Responsibility

Workshops may involve the use of sharp tools such as knives and axes.

By attending a workshop, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own actions
  • You will follow all safety instructions provided
  • You participate at your own risk

I am not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

All content on this website (including images and text) belongs to me unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • My liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under consumer law.
